Refund Policy

At Hurghada Passion , we do our utmost to make every excursion a memorable experience.
However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur.
Here are the refund conditions applicable to all our activities.

1. Cancellation by the customer

  • Any cancellation made at least 24 hours before the departure of the excursion is entitled to a full refund, free of charge.

  • In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before departure, or in case of absence on the day of the activity, no refund will be made.

  • If the customer booked via online payment (card or PayPal), the refund will be made to the same payment method within 3 to 7 working days.

  • For cash payments, the refund will be made directly by our team in Hurghada, upon presentation of proof of booking.

2. Cancellation by Hurghada Passion

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, security reasons, or technical unforeseen circumstances, the customer will have the choice between:

  • Postpone the excursion to another date,

  • Or get a full refund at no cost .

3. Delays and modifications

If the excursion is delayed or the schedule is changed beyond our control (traffic, weather, port constraints, etc.), this will not give rise to a refund, unless the activity cannot be carried out at all.

4. Reservations via partners or agencies

Bookings made through a local partner, agency or third-party site are subject to their own refund conditions.
In this case, we invite you to contact the service provider with whom you booked directly.
